Intitial Ideas

The genre that I will be doing is indie for my music magazine.
My target audience will be aimed towards boys and girls at the age of 15-18.
It will be aimed towards those teenages who are into indie music.
The magazines I will be researching will be Q, NME, and uncut.

This is a set out that i will be using have it in three columns, and i will be using the same colours as my front cover. at the top there will also be a headmasters letter which will spread into two columns. In the third column it will be all the page references and subtitles of each page. the third and second column include pictures and quotes.

the mise en scene will be a image of school and the central image will be a picture of a boy/girl. The main colours for this are purples, pinks and black, however there is addtional colours used like orange, green, blue, and red boxes, this is to make it apeal to the target audience of school childern. There will also be small images around the egdes which suggests the subheadings.
